We believe that after a perfectly prepared room, the way to the guest's heart leads through the perfect breakfast.

The hotel’s restaurant welcomes its guests with freshly brewed coffee specialties, freshly baked bread from a local artisan bakery, an international and Hungarian flavor palette, as well as a warm breakfast selection inspired by Swabian traditions, offering vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-free options. The breakfast buffet is carefully curated with ingredients sourced from local producers, prepared with love and attention to detail.

We place great emphasis on offering a breakfast selection that promotes a healthy lifestyle, serving it without compromise, just as it would be in our guest's own home.

The heart of our breakfast offering lies in the hands of our local producers — every ingredient comes from within a 50 km radius, sourced from sustainable farms and trusted partners. At the “Hol volt, hol nem volt” farm in Borjád, cows are fed from their own fields and the fresh milk is gently processed on-site to create nourishing dairy products. At the Trinitás Cheese Workshop in Vokány, soft and semi-hard cheeses are crafted in small batches with great care and unique regional flavors. Our jams come from Szajk, lovingly made by the residents of a local day center operated by the Fogadj El! Foundation. Mamma Gina’s Kitchen bakes fresh breads and pastries using natural ingredients, blending the best of Hungarian and Italian traditions. Our coffee is sourced and roasted by Goosebumps, where every cup reflects a passion for quality and attention to detail. We believe that true value is born from mindful ingredients and meaningful connections.
