Dog-Friendly Hotel Etiquette

• Please keep your dog on a leash at all times in the hotel’s shared areas.
• Do not leave your dog alone in the room for an extended period, especially if prone to separation anxiety.
• Kindly use the “Please do not disturb” door hanger so our team can proceed accordingly when your pet is in the room.
• Minor accidents can happen — please ensure proper cleanup, and whenever possible, take your pet for walks in designated outdoor areas (e.g., towards the parking lot).
• If your dog requires grooming or pampering, we will gladly recommend a trusted local service provider.
• In case of a medical issue, you can count on us — we are in contact with nearby veterinary clinics and can help arrange in-room visits if needed.
• Please note that pets (except for guide and assistance dogs) are not allowed in the Viale Restaurant, the spa and wellness area. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you prefer not to leave your pet alone during dinner, just let us know — we are happy to serve your selected dishes in the lobby.
• Kindly note that, for the comfort of all guests, we are able to accommodate dogs up to 20 kg only. We appreciate your understanding.
• Pet owners bear full financial and legal responsibility for any damage or disturbance caused by their animals.

We are pleased to welcome pets for an additional charge of HUF 10,000 per night.
